Chad worked on replacing our front stair on our porch, which was dropping and widened our front entrance sidewalk. He did an amazing job. He is a perfectionist and I highly recommend him.

Already followed through with clearing the driveway and paths on our very crowded little animal sanctuary. Very reasonable prices and very ethical. He is awesome! this winter it is hard to fine help with the awful winter we have had and most folks are not taking on new customers, but Chad came through even though he is equally busy! We are so grateful to have him!

I had Chad Ford's Snow Removal and Concrete replace a 10 x 75' section of driveway alongside my home to control water runoff from heavy rains entering the house through the backdoor. The backdoor is about 8' lower than the driveway and has an outside drain. The heavy moisture of last year's winter tilted the driveway towards the house allowing more water than the drain could handle to enter the door put area. The new driveway had to slope away from the house with a curb to keep water of neighbor's yard and drain towards the street. we contracted in May 2009 to replace that section with verbal instructions on my problem. Before he was able to start the job, we had a major rainstorm. I called Chad and said that he had the time this was a perfect opportunity to view how the new driveway needed to be constructed. During that bad rainstorm he drove 25 miles to our house and was there within an hour. this extra concern was greatly appreciated and also beneficial for him to see first hand. When his crew came out have remained around to give out instructions and do much work himself. He was always remained involved in the project. The completed driveway looks great and flows the heavy rainstorms to the street. The best part was the bill was exactly as quoted. I will be glad to give any future concrete work to Chad and will happily recommend him to others needing concrete work.

Excellent, I will keep him permanently for all of my snow removals. He was very professional he's quoted what was due and did not upcharge as some other quotes I received. He said he would be here at 6:00 am and he was 5 minutes early. We have a person who has disabilities in our family he commentated wonderful for this person. will recommend him to anyone!

I started calling various snow removal services in mid July; as i discovered last year not many do residential and if they do; they get done last. I left messages for about 4 services when I called Chad he answered the phone - gave me some info - and said let's touch base in September to discuss pricing. I follow up with Chad in September, again he answered the phone and was very responsive to setting up an appointment to give us an estimate; Chad stopped by on a Saturday and met with my husband. Pricing was in line with other snow removal services we had had in the past. Hasn't snowed yet as soon as it does I will be back with an update. Chad had done a great job so far and has been very responsive if we ask him to come back for another cleaning.

Repairs to our driveway were completed as planned. They also installed a drainage system to direct water away from our foundation. Chad's crew arrived on time an did a great job.
